We are having serious issues when exporting from Premiere. Uncompressed, compressed, different codecs all are delievering what we think is substandard output. artifacts, frame blending, colour shifts. You name it.

We are starting to wonder about PPRO again in terms of it’s future as a professional toolset in our shop.

    Opinions please?

    Hi Pat,

Can you post some still frames, or maybe a short run?

Color shifts: I’ve noticed that in H.264 export (1080P in our case), not a Premiere, but an Apple issue as far as I know, Windows Media export doesn’t show that problem.

Frame blending: Well, you can uncheck that in the timeline if it’s causing issues. The only time I’ve seen those issues was when trying to export at a different frame, which you can’t do.
