  sequence unrenders each time Premiere pro opens

  Hi:

  I have PP CS6. Each time I render the sequence to check graphics everything is great, But when I save and close PP, it comes up un-rendered (red bar on top) the next time I open it. Is this normal? Is there a way to have the sequences stay rendered after saving and closing?

  BTW, I’m on an iMac and using a Dorbo Raid 5 connected via firewire 800.
