  Sequence setting like clip video

  In Premiere CS6 when i insert the frist clip video a window popup ask to me if i want to change sequence’s setting to the same setting of the clip.
  Is there a way to do the same thing in Premiere CS4?

  For example in Premiere CS5 i can drag the clip on the symbol of “new sequence”… and it create a sequence with the same setting of the clip video.
