  • sequence needing render but why ?

    Hello,

I have two long clips of about 45 min each in a sequence (concert recording). Its HDV 1080p25 codec in a mov file. The sequence is set the same settings however the red line for render is there. When I play back at 1/2 or a full res the playback lags. I’m wondering why is that so. Maybe something in my settings I’m doing wrong ?

    Thanks for the attention !

Red line usually means you settings do not match your footage.
For correct sequence settings drag a clip from the project panel into the new item icon at the bottom of the panel.
