When I finish my PAL project, whats the process involved in selling it to a TV station in an NTSC region? Will they convert it themselves? How do I give it to them… On DV tape?

Typically a broadcaster or distributor specifies deliverables and you are responsible for delivering to their specs. If they are very big and you are very small, and they really value your stuff, you might be able to get them to do the transcode for you. Remember, everything is negotiable…

The station or network will give you the specs for deliverables.

As for the conversion, you’re most likely going to be required to do that yourself. For shows we deliver to Europe, we have the shows converted to PAL before they go.
