Selective Color Feature
Hi,
Lately, I’ve been using a colour correcting feature in Photoshop called Selective Color, and what it does is let you take any color channel (R,G,B,C,M,Y) and add/reduce the amount of colour in it.
For example, in the Red Channel, I can add some Green to it while reducing the amount of Magenta in it, etc, etc.
This feature is great for editing photos and want to do the same to videos. Does this Selective Color feature or something similar exist in Adobe Effects?

Nope. What you describe falls into the secondary color correction category and can be achieved with other effects or combinations of effects, though.
