Selection Tool keeps changing to only move masks.
My selection tool seems to randomly change from traditional with a tail to the solid arrow head without a tail and then It only moves the mask of a layer and not the layer itself.
This is a problem that has popped up for years now and I would love to fix it! Im sure its something very simple indeed but I cant find it anywhere online!
