Searching for ap- to match by time created and rename from source
I am trying to find an renaming application.
situation
Camera records with its name
Field recorder records it’s name
Only common thing they have will be time created as field recorder is triggered by camera.Need to rename recorder files with camera file names.
File sizes will be different as they are recording different resolutions.Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thought someone might have had a need for this with field recorders and have a ap in mind right away.THX

Well, i could write you one, that won’t be that difficult.
But beside file creation time, don’t you have common timecode on both files?
That would be way more handy, not only for renaming…Bouke
