Not sure if this’ll help in your situation, but a trick for creating a seamless tile is to drag you image layer onto the Create New Layer Button 4 times, center each of these new layers on each of the four corners of the canvas (with View/Snap enabled).
Next you will repair the cross lines, where the tiles join, by creatively layering other components of your image on top of the four main images. You could try duplicating your main image, a fifth time, and centering on the top layer and erase or clone stamp to blend this centered top layer into your original four tiled layers. Don’t alter the outer edges, as these are your perfect tile seams.
Also, you may need to clone stamp across different layers.
