  SDS Weight and connecting objects

  Hi,

  C4D rookie question.

  I’m trying to connect two objects that I’ve split to make a detail, the split part has a SDS Weight tag to lower the Subdivision. It works when they’re separate but not when I connect them, the tag doesn’t change the SDS and the meshes don’t match.

  Is there anyway to resolve this? Anyway to bake (?) the Weight tag?
