  SD transport stream MPEG2 with muxed AC3 audio

  I’m trying to find a way to encode standard definition transport stream mpeg2 files with muxed ac3 audio using software rather a hardware-based solution. VOB files for DVD use don’t work since they are program stream.

  I’ve been searching the internet for the past couple of days looking for something that can do this, but I’m coming up empty. Does anyone on the forum know of a software encoder that can do this? Info, links, anything would be a big help.
