Script view Comments don’t show up in text view
Hi,
I’ve noticed that when I log a series of clips within Script view, Avid will irregularly decide whether to bring that series of comments over to text view. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. The way I’ve been adding a comments tab within Headings is by literally creating a new tab, labelling it “comments,” and then adding my log notes in either text view or script view. I’m worried that I just wasted several hours making comments that are only visible in script view, and that I’ll have to re-do them all under my self-created COMMENTS tab. Is there a way around this? Where all all the notes from Script view being saved?

The script view is a view onto itself and does not share text entry with any other view, nor can you import/export into that view. It really is just for multiline comments.
