  Script for opening Vegas event in After Effects?

  I know there is a script/plugin which enables the importing of a Vegas timeline into After Effects, but i was wondering if there is one for exporting an event only into AE. For example, if i’m working on a project in Vegas and want to add some AE magic to a clip – Rather than manually rendering that clip out and importing it to AE, is there a one click fix that will do it for me? So – Render (if necessary – might be another way of doing it), open AE, and import event. Would also be good if there was a single button fix to render the file and get it back into the Vegas timeline. Am i asking for too much?

  Or am i being lazy?!
