  script for creating keyframes for every blank space in text layers?

  i repeatedly have projects where i have to hand animate each word of a text layer and there are multiple text layers in a comp. at the moment, I have to manually scroll and set a keyframe by hand, which is very tiresome.
  can I use a script to create a keyframe at every blank space position in every text layer? There is one sentence per layer and I already have a start and end keyframe. The words are animated to blend in evenly, so a script would have to distribute keyframes between first and last evenly at the positions where the cursor jumps from one word to the next.
  I have looked into monkey scripts but they are not exactly what i need.
