Scrambled overlays HDV to SD-letterbox
When I render (or preview) a HDV designed project down to an SD-Letterboxed format, many of my overlays get scrambled (wrong size, wrong locations, etc.).
There is a workaround, but it slows the render process considerably. If I work with the veg-file of the HDV project, inside of a 4:3 DV project, all is properly proportioned and placed. And, of course, I can render this and get the correct results. But, slows my CPUs and overall render time.
If I render within a project, my CPUs (core 2 duo) run at near 100%. If I render a veg-file, they slow to around 65%
Is there a way to convert my 16:9 HDV project to DV letterbox—keeping the overlays in place—without having to work with the veg-file version?
If I simply which the HDV project settings to DV-widescreen, all overlays stay in their proper place, but I am left with thin black borders on each side.
I hope that this question makes sense.
