  Scene selection menu bug?

  I’ve just finished up a DVD for a client. Everything is great but they caught something in the scene selection menus that I can’t figure out.

  I have 12 scene selection menus, each with four scenes represented with static image buttons for the scene. The movie is 16:9 letter boxed from an original 2.35:1 aspect ratio.

  All the menus were created in Photoshop, utilizing the layer mask effect for each chapter screen on each page. The layer mask is identical in size and dimension for each video on each of the scene selection pages.

  The Problem: Scene 1 on each of the scene selection menus appears letter boxed, yet scenes 2-3 are zoomed where the letter boxing isn’t noticeable. My client wants them all zoomed. I could go through and screen grab ever scene and rebuild the menus but I’m trying to stay away from that.

  Anyone have an idea of what is going on here? I would appreciate your help.
