Scaling text track with video
Hi all, I’ve made video that has 3D motion text tracks and video track. In the video I have dogs running around and they have their names howering above them. I made that text and now later on thought the video is bit too fast speed so I would like to slow it down a little. Problem is, how i get the 3D text’s movement to scale with the new lenghtened video? If I just ctrl-stretch track, text isn’t going to scale further, it keeps keyframe points in same place.

Open Track Motion and select all of the keyframes, then hold down the Alt key as you drag the last keyframe to the new length of the event and all the selected keyframes will scale accordingly.

And the great thing with Vegas is that if you want even more
keyframe movements on your already keyframed track, you can
easily create a parent track above it and place additional keyframes
on that parent track to control it further.Steve Rhoden
