scale mask on all keyframes
Hey!
I’ve a circular mask on a text layer.
I use the mask to align the letters on a path.
The mask path is animated and now I need to scale up the mask.
I don’t think you can scale a mask for all keyframes at once.I’ve tried many workarounds but nothing seems to work, actually I don’t think this is possible in After Effects and I’ll have to rescale every (key)frame manually but maybe someone has an idea how to go about this?
Any suggestion is much appreciated!

Scale the layer by the percentage you want, then use a script that copy/pastes masks while respecting scale. Such as CopyMask2Layer.

Thank you Dave, the problem is that this scaling only affects the mask at one keyframe and I need to scale the mask across all keyframes.

Ok I’ve tried it but I need to scale the mask like MASK EXPANSION would. Scaling a layer also affects the distance the mask travels.
I should have clarified this, by bad.
