I’m a total newbie to Vegas so sorry if this post is redundant. I’m still not sure of the terminology and I didn’t find anything by searching.

I’m trying to create simple blog videos such as how Joah at talkingpointsmemo does. I’ve created some lower thirds and a static logo that sits there as well as some transistions. My problem is I want to reuse these elements in other videos. Is there a way to bundle these elements up as my own plugin or something? I realize I can save my own presets, but that even seems like a long way of going about this.

Or do I just pull in new video to an existing project and reuse it over and over?

    Thank you.

You can delete the video and save the VEG as a template. You can also open two instances of Vegas and copy from one to the other. Danny

    Danny,

Thank you. The template idea seems perfect.
