    Saving a still image from AE file

    Hi

    I want to get a still image of my project so that I can import into PS CS2 to make an overlay for a DVD Studio Pro project.

    How do I do this properly, so that the dimensions are right. I did the command/shift/4 to select a screen grab, but I’m sure there is a proper way to do it. I’m just learning AE now and love the program.
