  saving a 1920×1350 footage into an iPhone

  I have encoded an MP4 H264 of a footage and I am trying to uploaded to Instagram.
  This was always easy with full HD resolution but this time I am using a slightly different resolution 1920 * 1350.
  So I send myself an email with the video attached, I can play the video but when I try to downloaded it to my iphone 5s (to upload it on instagram), its says “video saved” but I see nothing in the camera roll.
  When I try the 1920*1080 resolution it works fine. Is the iphone limited to certain video resolutions when it comes to saving them?
  How can I upload the 1920 * 1350 footage to instagram?
