  • Saved a file as an audio file… Any way for recovery?

Ok, so somehow I rendered my project (which was composed of pictures and videos, plus two sound tracks) into an audio only file. I am not sure how this happened. I guess I was so excited about being done I clicked the wrong thing? But anyway, the only thing there now is the audio file and it took me about 3 days to complete this project which I really worked hard on. I would HATE to start over, but it looks like that’s what I have to do. 🙁 Can anyone help and tell me how to recover the video so that I can save it and upload it to youtube?
Please help, and thanks in advance!

You may not have done anything wrong. Walk us through your process.

“Render As” or “Save As” cannot do anything to your project file, even if you use the .veg suffix because windows won’t let you write over an open file.

Look in the project folder for a .veg file and try double-clicking on it.
