    Hello there,

I am writing about the use of Sapphire 6 in Premiere Pro CC 2014 and the vids are disappearing when dropping an effect onto the clip. I am still figuring out the issue but wanted to drop a note on here and see if anyone knows a solution. Could it be something to do with the use of CUDA on my MBP OSX Yosemite, 2.7ghz i7, 16GB ram, GeForce GT 650M.

I’ve recently updated the driver on via CUDA preferences but saw no change in it. Am I missing some system setting somewhere? Your thoughts are appreciated.

    Thank you!

It’s been a long time since your post so maybe you’ve worked it out already but it should work fine as I’ve been running Sapphire 6 all the way through CC 2015.

Now the major issue is that El Capitan has broken Sapphire 6 and Genarts is not going to fix it. It requires an upgrade.

Did you have what Genarts falsely calls a “Permanent” License?
It’s only permanent until they decide to stop supporting a particular platform OS.
That is NOT permanent – that is temporary.
When your machine breaks and you have to buy a new computer, you are out of luck because rarely can you buy a machine with an OS several versions back.
And Sapphire is a plug in that relies on other software – so usually within a few years you are going to be unable to fix the host with upgrade bug fixes because they require a more current OS.

    NOT PERMANENT
