Runtime Error?

Okay, so I bit the bullet and finally got AE7.

When I’m trying to install, however, I get a message that says a runtime error has not allowed the program to install.

Any ideas?

Yeah, I tried their knowledgebase after posting this. Still no go. There seems to be some consensus that this was fixed with an .net 2.0 hotfix. I’ll have to see if I need updates.
