running vegas 5 on vista?
If I have a new computer with Windows Vista and I want to install my legal copy of Vegas 5, what do I have to do? Are there things to down load from Sony to make it run well on Vista?

Vegas 5 is not supported by Sony for Vista so they will not offer any downloads to make it run well. I doubt your system will become unstable, Vegas may be however. You may just want to install version 7 or 8 of Vegas as both are Vista ready.
Famous last words: “What’s the worst that could happen?” Go a head and install it, just set a restore point before the installation.
