I’m New to Resolve so please forgive my ignorance. he have one 90 min Single clip that we want to apply one grade to. after that we start the rendering, durning the render we get a error warning saying “Davinci is running out of memory”. a few momnets later resolve crashes and closes. Is there something I need to do?

You can try split the 90mins clip into 3 parts into different projects and render them from there.

What you can do is save as a different project name and then split the timeline in the conform page, so project A is first 30mins, project B is 30mins and project C is 30mins. After rendering them out you can import them back into a new project and assemble into a single 90mins timeline for playback.
