rumors of update to HVX 200
I am interested in buying a new camera but waiting for the upgrade to the panasonic AG HVX 200.
Has anyone heard any news about an upgrade?

There are always rumors but they are normally just that. If you can wait until NAB there maybe something. The question is can you make money with the camera now.
The only rumor I have heard is adding a HD-SDI out, but who knows.

No, nothing about the HVX200 but Panasonic seems to be on another roll. They’ve been announcing a number of new products, among them this consumer version little bro:
