rs422 remote problems with kona li and Panasonic hd3700b D5
HI,
I have a kona li running on a mac tower. We just bought a HD3700B D5.
I am trying to lay bars and tone from FCP using the AJA kona li rs422 to remote into the D5.
I have went through the manual to change all the appropriate settings. I must have missed something!
I have hard wired the rs422 connection in both the remote out and the remote I/O on the back of the D5 deck.
I keep getting the same error message in FCP stating the deck is offline.
I also changed the device setting in the AJA card to Panasonic VTR.
Can anybody please provide some insight on what settings should be engaged on the D5.

Contact Tech support- the D5 deck was pretty finicky Im sure someone there has the config arrangement somewhere.
