  Rs-422 Control of HDCM f500

  I am having an issue capturing or outputting to an f500 deck using rs-422. It takes a second to initialize edit to tape. Then it can only start the tape, no other functions work, The time code from tape is goofy as well. I am using a Kona LHe and FCP 7. I can control my HDSR deck no problem, but the HDCM is not working. I have seen other posts to this effect, but none seem to have been solved. I tried both remote port on the deck as well. My BufBox and SR see/control the machine correctly. Seems to be an Aja/FCP issue
