Is it possible to use the roto-brush in a pre-composition?
I am now doing a stop motion animation, and I need to rotoscope some scenes.
I didn’t want to apply the rotos to every picture, so I try it on a pre-comp to apply to all the pictures, but it didn’t seem to work.
Anybody know ways to how rotoscope a series of pictures?
    Thank you!

If you import your stop motion pictures as an image sequence, After Effects will treat it as footage and you can use the Roto Brush then.
