    Rolling shutter ghosting/warping correction?

    I have received footage from a camera securely mounted on a forklift ie zero suspension. Because of this and the way the operator swings it about the depot there is a lot of vibrational noise (if you use to Cpos shutters, GoPros etc you’ll know what i mean).
    There is ghosting and distortion waves within the image.

    I’ve had this with Helicopter and car footage too.

    I see some others software (Pinnacle) have plugins to reduce this in post.
    FCP Image Stab filter presumably wont help as its not the camera thats bouncing but the shutter that cant follow.

    any ideas or tricks welcome?

    footage is shot in 1080p@25f with GoPro

    After Effects has warp stabilisation for rolling shutter type issues. I haven’t used it but seen some demos and heard others say good things.

    I did try that out but it hasn’t really improved it enough to use.
    Will have to keep testing solutions.
