  Rode NTG-3 vs. AKG Perception 220 for indoor shots

  I understand that hypercardioid mics are all around better for indoor shots, but i just happen to have an AKG Perception 220 lying around which is a cardioid. I was wondering if i would get a cleaner response from the shotgun Rode ATG-3, or if i should just stick to the 220?
