I recorded a dance event using my Canon 7D camera at 1280×720 60fps. I also plugged a Rode Mic to the camera to record audio and help me sync the music tracks to the performances later on post, however somehow my video and the music tracks wont sync. The audio starts drifting away when I try to sync the .aiff I ripped from the cds I was provided to the audio picked from the mic. I’ve tried everything converting my .aiffs to wav to 48000 khz, the 99.9% time remap and converting my clip to Prores at 29.97 but still the audio will drift and drift. I have no clue as of how to solve this issue. Please, somebody, anybody, please please help!!!!
