Ribbon wrapped around a separate sphere?
Hi All
Newbie question, hoping someone can help.
Can anyone shed some light on how i might get a ribbon to circle around a sphere? Almost like a planet in the centre with a ribbon wrapping around and upwards around it?
I can get a helix to wrap but it’s the same diameter all the way the up, i’d like to get it to wrap tightly around a sphere.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You might want to try the Spherify deformer or the Bulge deformer
