  RGB – YUV – YUV HIGH ?

  Could someone help me with when/where to chose between these video processing options?

  I am mostly working in AE and finsihing in FCP.

  I work in the p-jpeg codec at 100% and either supply a finished file for a client to import into an AVID, burn to DVD or recompress for online review.
