Just like the topic line reads. I have a project with about 45 photos running consecutively with a basic transition between each, at the end of the video, I would like to flip the order with transitions intact. I’ve tried a few basic things but no joy. Is there such a feature?

Either render a movie or nest a sequence. Then make a new sequence and reserve the timing. Only way i can think. But the movement will also be in reserve. May not be what you want.

..or you can use the free “Reverse” plugin, that basically does the same than what Todd suggested:

The truth is that Nattress developed this plugin because setting the speed at -100% has a bug in FC, but that’s with interlaced stuff, so no your case.
