Hey Aqeel, in Text animator, under the Advanced section, change Mode from Add to Subtract.

This shows text from the above line to the bottom but I want the text to disappear from top to bottom…

Just set it to subtract and play around with start/end values to achieve result you are looking to have.

Its either:
Start: 100
End: 0

And you animate End 0..100, or vice versa.

Other way, is to keep Start 0, End 100, and animate offset from -100..100. That way you would get fadeIn & fadeOut with a single controller.
