    Hello,

    I am having a problem with an effect I am trying to do. I am Rotoring a 30 seconds clip so I can reveal the original background later. How do I go about revealing the original background that I rotored? I

    If you are using Mask Tool for Roto then you can Animate the the “Mask Shape ” also. Just when you want to reveal the BG, Increase the size of mask as big as comp size.

    Other way as Dve told you, Duplicate the main layer and use it as BG. You can use ” Dissolve Transition ” for the BG.
