Sorry if this question is a little basic for everyone here.. Should I have posted it in
    AE Basics maybe?

    Anyway..

I’m trying to re create the main intro of the following flash template.
    https://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/9528.html

Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me if I’m going to do it the right way. Haven’t started yet.

    1. Create new comp with 9 solids spaced out accordingly in full screen.
    2. Put the above comp in a new comp and use 3D and transform to tumble it into view.
    3. To break the solids up and arrange un-evenly, go to comp 1 at the right moment in time
and rotate each layer slightly. Yes?
    4. In comp 1 again, add white flashes by fading in and out a white solid. Am I right?

    5. The bit I don’t understand. How is that picture being revealed one ’tile’ at a time, what’s going
    on there?

If there are any easier ways to do the above steps could someone please let me know as I’m trying to learn how to use AE effectively..

    Thanks in advance.
