I’ve looked everywhere for an answer to this so hopefully someone on here can help me out. I have a Photoshop image that I am trying to make into a button in Encore. I don’t want the button to be seen until the selection is highlighted. The closest thing I get to this is the one color option when highlighted and I was hoping to use the entire image as the selection. So basically – transparent in normal state – just the image itself in the selected state – image itself in the highlighted state. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Josh,

    You’ve answered the questions yourself:

So basically – transparent in normal state – just the image itself in the selected state – image itself in the highlighted state

Go to the button properties window (not looking at Encore right now, so you might have to actually crack the manual to see where it is). Set the button to be transparent in the normal state, and set it to whatever transparency you want in the highlighted state. Simple as that.

    Have fun!
