Resurrecting old .MXF files
I have a folder of P2 footage that was used several years ago on an AVID system. I only have the .MXF files of the original file structure, and I need to be able to edit them in FCP. Is there any way to use the .MXF files without the rest of the file structure? Thanks!

Yup. Get MXF4MAC or Calibrated or Raylight. All allow FCP to edit MXF files natively in FCP. WIthout them, FCP will not be able to work with those files.
