Restricted Frame Rates ?
Just downloaded the Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 trial….and it only offers standard PAL or NTSC frame rates. My source cameras shoot 30fps and 60fps progressive – so that’s what I want to use. Are the other versions of Vegas similarly restricted ? Does MSP9 allow custom frame rates if you buy ?

Try using the Match Media setting in the project properties and see if it adapts to your footage:
Vegas Pro 9 will let you do this but I’m not sure about the Movie Studio version.
