Hi, a little out of the topic, but is it ok to work with 4K files with the timelime settings set to 1920×1080? Isnt that like working i HD and remove some flexibility?

Hi Matt,

I don’t know why your bar is not green.

If you can send us a copy of your Mac system profile in XML form (which is a .spx file) and your Resolve log files to davincihelp@blackmagic-design.com, that would be helpful.

To get the Resolve logs, run the CaptureLogs app in the /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve path. This will create a single .tgz file on your desktop.
