    Thats a pretty vague question…it is a little like asking if you can get a car to run better……

    That said 🙂 There are a number of things you can do, but if the video is really bad, I like to embrace the “badness” of the video and build something that is grungy…make it look like you meant it to look that way.

    Be a little more specific and maybe we can give a solution.

    If it’s really bad, pixellated with compression artifacts, the answer is no.

    You can try to remove some noise with the “remove grain” effect, but if you go too far, the picture gets blurry.

    well i shot a video, and the resolution is really bad, and blocky and i was wondering if there is any way i could get it to look better,smother clearer, anything, im open to any suggestions.

    Effect>noise&grain>remove grain.

    The filter samples noise from a frame of your chocie, then calculates a method of removing that specific noise from the shot.

    For more info, try searching the COW for “remove grain”.

    Do a google search for the “NeatVideo” plugin (from the makers of the NeatImage plugin for PS). It does an amazing job of cleaning up grainy video. They have a free trial version available.
