Reset Activation Code Counter
I am a technician at my service desk, and one of my users who uses Particle Illusion got a new computer. I cannot activate the software with his code because he’s used it 3 times, but he has only used it when installing on a replacement computer. He only has the one machine that needs it, and I did e-mail the support center through the installer about resetting the activation counter, but I have never heard back.
