Request: Saving notice shows up on output monitor.
When going through a film, where the client is sitting in front of the colorist, and the autosave randomly pops up, having to explain the system is saving (which can take up to 2 minutes on features) can be a little annoying. It would be great if there was an option that “Saving” popped up on the output monitor.

I tend to think the opposite. At least you can still stare at your image and maybe discuss things while saving, without something blocking your view on the monitor. But I guess it’s personal preference and it would be nice for people like you to have it as an option.

2 minutes? Are you using the SQL database, or the project is saved on the disk?

I would prefer that the auto-save goes on in the background. It really takes me out of my groove whenever it pops up.
