  replicate 24p look with 29.97 fps footage

  Folks, I can’t say how helpful this site has been for me and I thank every one of you.

  I have a project in which the majority of the footage was shot 24p but some of it, be them very critical shots, was acquired at 29.97.

  I have played with the timeward effect and its pulldown insertion/removal. I have used the strobe feature withint the timewarp tool to skip frame in order to mimic the desired effect. Both of these choices are decent but not quite right.

  Any suggestions? I know you can convert a 24p sequence into a 30 but is there a way to convert a 30fps clip into 24? Or an effect that can deliver this result?
