  replace mixed audio channels

  I found out the audio I used for my video mixed four channels of audio into two. I’ve recaptured the audio so the four channels are separated. Is there a way to replace the mixed audio I edited with the new captured audio? I only need channels 1 & 2 which are the original stereo left and stereo right mixed with dialogue and M&E.
