    Yep, pretty easy really.

    Just make your new mask shape (with the Pen Tool if you want). “M” on the selected layer reveals the Mask and Mask Shape. Select the new Mask Shape, then Copy.

    In you old arrows layer(s), select all those masks, then Paste and you should have all new shapes doing the original animation, replacing the arrows.
