  • Replace all media? / How to sort “Edit Details”

    Hi,
as a beginner I have the following problem:
I made a video with quite a few pictures in it. Unfortunately I ahvent thought about resizing them before using them, so they are pretty huge now and my Vegas starts lagging already.

Now I want to replace all of those pictures with resized ones. To do so I need a list of the pictures, because I dont want to go to properties for each picture.
I found the “Edit Details” view, that allows me to see the paths of all the pictures at once. However I can’t sort them, which I really have to do otherwise its gonna take forever to know (because there might be like 10 pictures in the same folder, so i could resize them all at once instead of going back to that folder 10 times).

Can anyone help me on this one please?

    Thanks!

You can sort the Edit Details by clicking on the header of any one of the columns and it will sort by that column.

    thanks for your answer.
That doesnt work. When i click the header it only selects the first element, but thats it then.

I found another solution. I copied the whole table into excel where I could sort it and copied it back afterwards.
